1. Log into the designer 
2. Drag an “image” control onto your form and enable annotation
3. Under the “Annotation” section, customize your button text as needed
   
4. To add an icon, click “add icon” 
5. Click the image box to select an image from the backend or upload a new image
   
6. Click “show advanced” and fill out the required attributes for that icon

Attribute	Description
Title	Title of the icon, shows when the user hovers over the icon when annotating the image in the inbox
Category	Allows you to categorize icons so the user can filter icons for a specific category when annotating the image in the inbox (e.g. “leak”, “regulator”, “structure”, etc.)
Details	Provide a description of the icon. This does not show to the user.
Resizeable	Turning this on will allow the image to be resized larger or smaller from its’ default width
Rotatable	Turning this on will allow the image to be rotated any degree in any direction from its’ default position
Width	Default width of the icon, recommended default is between 50-75
Text enabled	Checking this will bundle a text box with your icon
Text position	Position in relation to the icon: top, bottom, right or left
Text size	Size relative to the icon: small, medium, large
Text value	Default text that appears when you place the icon onto the image (e.g. “house number”, “dimension”, “abc”, etc.)

7. Continue to add as many icons as are needed for the sketch on this particular form (there is no limit to the number of icons that can be added) 
8. To add a template, navigate to the “Image Selection” section
9. Click “add image” under “image options”. You can customize your button text as needed in the “button text” field under “image selection” 
10. Click the image box to select an image from the backend or upload a new image
    
11. Click “show advanced” and title your template
    
12. Continue to add as many templates as are needed for the sketch on this particular form (there is no limit to the number of templates that can be added) 
13. Additional default recommendations on this image field: 

1. Max Size: between .5 and 1
2. Placement in center 
3. Scaling as “scale to fit” 
4. Button size: small
