Logging In for the First Time


Welcome to Mirata! 


Before logging in for the first time, make sure you have two things: 

  1. Your organization’s Mirata website - it should look something like this: https://org.mirataforms.com/inbox/index.html
  2. An email from mirata-admin@miratasoft.com that includes your temporary password 
If you have not received an email from mirata-admin@miratasoft.com and are using your company’s “single sign on” process to access Mirata, please reference the “Logging In Using Your Company ID: Secure access to your Mirata account” article instead. 

To start, navigate to the Mirata website (Google Chrome is the preferred browser). It should look something like this: 

https://org.mirataforms.com/inbox/index.html


When the website loads, click the button “click to sign in”: 


You will see an option to log in with your username and password:



Enter your email and the temporary password that was provided in the email and click “Sign in”.

You will then be asked to set your new password. 

After you set your new password, you’re all set! The Mirata website will load and you’ll be able to use your email and new password to log into Mirata moving forward.
