Additional Query Parameters

New default query parameters have been added to wherever submissions can be queried

  1. Query by “Key”, “Updated By” and “Updated Date” 
  2. New parameters have been added to data table queries and submission queries 


Submission Management

Adjust Form Assignments in Admin Tool

A new tab “Submission Management” has been added to the “Form Catalog” section of the admin tool where you can manage the assignment of individual form submissions 

  1. Query submissions to find what you need 
  2. Add or remove group and user assignments to make submissions visible to certain users in the inbox

Unassigned Form Submissions Role Rights

We also added a new role right, “Unassigned Form Submissions”. This role right gives users the permissions to read/update/delete form submissions that are not assigned to them (“unassigned”). You still don’t see unassigned forms in your inbox queue, but you can get to them via a dashboard.  


If you’re looking at an unassigned form in the inbox and you have update unassigned submissions rights, you’ll see this lock button now to the left of the save button.

 

In order to edit the form, you need to unlock the submission by clicking the lock button.

Change History for Additional Components 

You can now view change history for scheduled jobs, integration data mappings, connection info, groups, users, form types, images, role rights, submission queries in the Admin Tool. Go to the new HISTORY tab to view a log of when updates were made and by who.

  1. For each change, you can view the Change Type, Updated At, Updated By, and other relevant metadata


New View for Additional Components

Quickly filter and search users, groups, form types, role rights, connection info, and submission queries

  1. Quickly search by key parameters like name or who last updated the table
  2. Sort the columns to re-order the tables list
