Submission requests can be used to delete form submissions. Remember, once a form submission is deleted, there is no way to recover it. 

Here’s how to use them:

1. In the Request tab, select Delete.
2. Delete through Test in Admin Tool: In the Test tab, you can provide a form submission ID and click the TEST button. This will delete that submission. 

2. Delete through Scheduled Job: You can use this action as part of a scheduled job. This can be useful for things like deleting all forms older than 90 days on a schedule like every day or every other day.

You do not tie submission requests to your form’s workflow like you do other types of integration actions.
