Before logging in for the first time, make sure you have three things: 

1. You are able to log in to the Mirata Web Inbox 
   If you have never logged in to Mirata, go to the Logging In for the First Time: A step-by-Step guide to accessing the Mirata platform article
   
2. You have provided Mirata with the serial number for your iPad
   See below “Setting up your iPad…” section for instructions if you have not yet done this
3. Your Mirata Admin provided you with a QR code to download the Mirata iOS App
   Please reach out to your Mirata Admin if you do not have a QR code

Setting up your iOS device to work with Mirata in a development org

1. Plug in your iPad to your laptop and open iTunes
2. Click on your iPad’s name in Device List
3. Ensure you’re on Summary tab
4. Click on the text that says Serial Number
5. Send this number to Mirata
6. Mirata will give security clearance for this iPad so that you are able to download the Mirata iOS App

Downloading the Mirata iOS App

1. Scan the QR code which was provided to your Mirata Admin
2. Click the blue INSTALL button
3. You’ll get a pop-up - Click Install again
4. Go to your home page and you should see the app installing, just like if you had downloaded an app from the Apple App Store
   
5. For iOS devices, you need to turn on Developer Mode to use an app that's not coming from the Apple App Store. To do this, go to Settings > Privacy & Security and scroll down to the Developer Mode switch. Make sure this is turned ON.
