Downloading the Mirata App

1. Navigate to the URL provided to you by your Mirata Admin to download the installer
2. Once the zip file is downloaded, open it in your file explorer
3. Double click the MSIXBUNDLE File “FormsINbox.UWP_2.0.10.2294_x64.msixbundle”
4. A popup will appear asking if you’d like to install the Forms Inbox. Click the blue “Install” button. 
5. If instead of seeing the blue “Install” button you see a message that this app cannot be installed because of missing certificates, then do steps 5a-X. If not, skip to step 6. 

1. In the installer zip, right click the Security Certificate file ““FormsINbox.UWP_2.0.10.2294_x64.cer” and select “install certificate”
2. Select “Local Machine” and click Next
3. Select “Place all certificates at the following store” and click “Browse”
4. Select “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” and click “OK”, Next
    
5. Review and finish

6. The app will launch when the installation is complete
7. Use the same log in that you do in the web browser to access Mirata Inbox
